30 Day Ab Challenge – Day 5 :-(

Day 5 of the 30 day challenge and I’m feeling crap.

Man, its hard. I did as much as I could but I’m worried my form is so off. I really struggled. I felt the burn yay.
but felt like I just couldn’t do it. 


I have absolutely no upper body strength. I find the Planks hardest I cant stay up for more than 15-20 seconds. I think my form is getting better with them though. 


I vow to plank at least once a day. Rest day or not. Same with push ups. I’m getting better at lady push ups but full ones are a no go at the moment. 


I need some little weights for home. I’ve got wrist ones and they are helping for now. But I’m hoping to get some little dumb bells soon. 


I’m on course to being back at my starting weight for Tuesday. So yay me.

I’m off to make a warm chicken and pasta salad for lunch and then off to the fireworks tonight, maybe a few more squats first. 🙂
