30day abs challenge – day one!

So, I wasn’t expecting the routine to be easy but gosh that was some pain. Good pain, I felt the buuuuuurn!

3sets of intense abs exercise.

Set to some ironic hip hop. Breath anyone?

But I loved it.

Things to work on:
1. Being able to keep my legs elevated and straight.

2. My blasted plank! Jheeze!

3. Breathing

4. Keeping my core engaged.

Lots to work on, but it didn’t kill me and I can’t wait for the next video.
