Dinner plan for the week

Using some weight watchers recipes I’ve planned my dinners for the working week – Monday to Friday.

Monday – Thai rice with pineapple and prawns

Tuesday – steak with a papaya salsa in a wrap

Wednesday – Chinese spiced rubbbed pork with stir fried veg

Thursday – scampi and chips (oven baked potato wedges)

Friday – tricolour pasta with chicken salad

All meals will be made with lean means and low fat ingredients.

Look, I’m upping my cooking skills too. Go me! *dances*
