So it’s an app I have been using on the iPhone (which incidentally is what I’m using to write this post)

It’s a free app which enables you to create a profile which allows you to track your calorie intake, daily exercise and actual weight loss.

Some of the things I love about it include the feature which allows you to connect with other friends using the app as well as view and comment on their progress as well as a huge database of food. Even my weekly graze box items are in there. Amazing!

It’s in the app store and even if you just want to keep track of you food intake it’s perfect.
